Booking and Payment

Booking Process

When you book a class or service through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your booking at our discretion. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email within 24 hours.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy

• Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before are non-refundable.
• Our Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice results in forfeiture of payment.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Inform us of dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
• Refrain from disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.

Health and Safety

Cooking involves inherent risks including use of sharp tools, hot equipment, and potential allergens. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to:

• Disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations
